  • Nutrition

    Here at CrossFit Boomtown we believe that fitness and wellness go far beyond just exercise and nutrition. If your physical, mental and emotional well being is not where it should be, your body is more susceptible to injury and illness.We are now offering Lifestyle and Nutrition Counseling. Using this holistic approach to wellness you will receive personalized coaching for goal setting, nutrition and stress management.Each  month you will get 1 hour long session with your coach (this is either in person if you are local, or over the phone if you are not). You will also get weekly email check-ins, adjustments to your nutrition plan, access to lots of information, strategies and articles and a coach there to help you through it all.

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations program is an informational and instructional program designed for anyone trying CrossFit or strength training for the first time. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It’s a great way to start your journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because the Foundations program is small group, the coaches have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.


    • $300 for 6 totally individually programmed personal training sessions
  • CrossFit Class

    The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

    Miss a workout, looking to work some skills, or schedule too hectic to make regular classes? Open gym gives you the flexibility to get your workouts in, your way.

  • Personal Training
