Getting started with a personal training program is easy at CrossFit Boomtown. Our trainers are ready and excited to work with you!

CrossFit Boomtown’s personal training programming is right for anyone, regardless of your current fitness level or abilities. With this program we will personalize a program for your goals and for your needs.

Free Personal Training Consultations available.

Anyone who is new to the program and interested in learning more about what working with a personal trainer is like will get the opportunity to start with a FREE personal training consultation. The purpose of this session is for you to express your goals and to learn more about what we offer here at CrossFit Boomtown.

During your consultation you will:

  • Go through the intake form with me so we can learn more about current fitness levels
  • Set specific goals for moving forward
  • Get an overview of our program and what working with a trainer can do for you
  • Get an INBODY Body Fat scan

Simply fill out the form and a coach will be calling you shortly to discuss the best time to set up your free consultation. We are also happy to answer any questions you might have about working with us. We look forward to meeting you!
