Congratulations on being Member of the month for October, the staff at CFBT is so proud of you! *How long have you been a member and how long have you been doing CrossFit?* I've been doing crossFit and been a member for a year. *What is your favorite thing about the gym?* My favorite thing about the gym is the support from the people. *What is the biggest challenge you have overcome since joining the gym?* The biggest challenge I've overcame was pull ups. *What is your favorite moment at the gym so far?* I love the Emom's that focus on skill work! *What's your favorite "cheat" food? * My favorite cheat food is Italian food *What's your Favorite activity outside the gym?* My favorite activity outside of the gym is playing with my kids. *What would you say to someone who is thinking about starting?* Joining the gym will be the best thing you can do for yourself. *What drives you?* What drives me to come to the gym is my heath so I can be here for my family. *What is you biggest fitness goal right now? My biggest fitness goal is to tone up.
