Kids Camp is a CrossFit style fun class for kids to get moving!
We will teach some of the basic fundamental movements, such as squat, dead lift and pressing. We will use these tools to build a strong foundation for exercise, making it fun so kids WANT to come to the gym.
Classes will be 30 minutes long, start with a warm up, incorporate some learning of basic movements and then play some relays and games that kids are sure to love!
Starting on February 19th and running for 8 weeks. First child is $100, additional siblings $75 – if you wish to register multiple children, the first one should be registered normally, for any additional in the family use the discount code “sibling”.
