Come in on Mondays/Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 for a 6 week session and learn more about the Olympic Lifts(Snatch/Clean and Jerk). These hour long sessions will be dedicated to becoming better educated in the sport of Olympic Lifting and also gain the skills/body awareness for the movements. This will be done in a small group setting of no more than 6 people.
