If you made it out to the Bulletproof seminar this past weekend you were taken through comprehensive movement and strength tests to determine joint health and strength balance.
It is important to understand your strength and weaknesses so that you can address them appropriately in your training.
Do you know if you are squat dominant or deadlift dominant? Do you know if you right arm/leg is as strong as your left arm/leg? Are your shoulders equally strong when you are rotating your scapulas down as opposed to up? These are all things you should know about your body.
Here at CrossFit Boomtown we are now offering movement assessments for anyone interested! Here are the options being offered:
$150 – this includes a 90 minute comprehensive movement and strength assessment plus 1 month of personalized programming based on your results (these are extra things that can be done before/after your normal training)
$75 – this includes a 90 minute comprehensive movement and strength assessment plus recommendations for corrective movements / changes you can make in your current programming
